Every email we sent to every prospect, what happened to it, and where we stand against the
5% conversion goal. Every figure here is reported only in the terms the evidence actually supports —
and where the evidence is missing, this page says so instead of showing a zero.
00 Conversion against goal
Conversion is a reply from a prospect containing the call to action. It is the only outcome that
represents real interest — opens and clicks are signals, not revenue. It is also the only metric here that is
not affected by the tracking gap described below, because a reply arrives in a mailbox we read.
01 Can we measure engagement at all?
This section exists because the answer is no, not for most of this campaign. Reading it
first prevents every number below it from being misread as low performance.

03 Lead pipeline — the full pool
The pool was never 298. It is 16,184 businesses with no website; 298 survived qualification
and every one of those has now been contacted. 15,892 remain uncontacted.

06 Every prospect — click any site to open it
The Site column opens the live gift page for that business. Rows marked
unmeasurable were sent with a link that no click-tracking could ever see.
